Chelsea v Swansea:
As the winners of the Premier League last year, Chelsea are back to defend their title and are the definite favourites for this game. The last time these teams met, Stoke humiliated Liverpool, getting six goals past them on what was supposed to be Gerrard’s fond farewell.
